PICNIC PROTOCOL CONTRACT

1. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.

2. PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE TO YOUR PICNIC. WE CAN GIVE A 10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD – NO LATER.

3. PLEASE DO NOT APPROACH YOUR PICNIC SET UP EARLY. OUR TEAM MEMBERS UTILIZE EVERY MOMENT PERFECTING YOUR SET UP. IF YOU SEE YOUR PICNIC TABLE BEING PREPARED, PLEASE DO NOT WALK UP UNTIL YOUR START TIME.

4. PLEASE DO NOT SIT, STAND ON, OR MOVE OUR PICNIC TABLES AND EQUIPMENT.

5. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF THE BEACH AND OTHER BEACH GOERS.

6. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OUR ITEMS DURING YOUR ALLOTTED TIME. PLEASE TREAT OUR EQUIPMENT WITH LOVE AND CARE.

7. EACH PILLOW, BLANKET, AND DISH IS SANITIZED, CLEANED AND PACKAGED ACCORDINGLY BEFORE TRANSPORT, AND THEN WIPED DOWN AGAIN DURING SET UP WITH GLOVES AND MASKS PRESENT.

8. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY BREAKS, STAINS, OR SPILLS TO OUR EQUIPMENT AND MAY BE CHARGED UPWARDS OF A $50-$150 CLEANING/BREAKAGE FEE IN THE EVENT OF SUCH INCIDENTS, DEPENDING ON THE STATE OF OUR ITEMS.

9. PLEASE DO NOT LIGHT OUR CANDLES. THEY ARE FOR DISPLAY ONLY.

10. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PICNIC TABLE UNATTENDED FOR MORE THAN A FEW MINUTES.

11. OUR FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS ARE NOT TAKE-HOMES. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO KEEP THE FLOWERS, JUST LET US KNOW. BUT WE CANNOT GIVE AWAY OUR VASES.

12. 12 hours before the event, if we don’t feel confident that the weather will hold we will strongly recommend that the picnic be rescheduled. If you choose to reschedule we will hold your 50% deposit and use it towards your rescheduled event.
If you make the decision to move forward with the picnic we can not reverse course. You will be billed for the full price of the picnic since we have committed our resources to making it happen.
The weather can be unpredictable and we can not take responsibility for any weather changes.

13. IN THE EVENT THE WIND PICKS UP UNEXPECTEDLY AND OUR UMBRELLAS ARE NOT STAYING UPRIGHT, SIMPLY SLIDE DOWN THE LATCH AND LAY THE UMBRELLA FLAT ON THE GROUND. WE THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR HELPFULNESS.

14. IF YOU HAVE REQUESTED A LOCATION NOT LISTED, IT MAY BE SUBJECT TO A SELECT TRAVEL FEE DEPENDING ON MILEAGE AND ACCESSIBILITY AND THE LOCATION MUST BE PRE-APPROVED BY OUR TEAM.

15. THE BEST PICNIC MIAMI LLC IS NOT HELD LIABLE FOR ANY POSSESSION OF ALCOHOL OR OTHER SUBSTANCES. WHAT YOU PROVIDE IS UP TO YOUR DISCRETION, AND WE ARE NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENCES.

16. IF YOU BRING ALCOHOL, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DISPOSAL OF IT. (GLASS BOTTLES, CANS, ETC.)

17. CONFETTI IS PROHIBITED AT PICNICS. USE OF CONFETTI, POPPERS, AND SILLY STRING WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE.

18. YOUR CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED UPON YOUR ARRIVAL. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PROVIDE PAYMENT ANOTHER WAY, JUST LET US KNOW AHEAD OF TIME.

19. YOU WILL BE CHARGED A NON-REFUNDABLE 50% PREPAYMENT FOR SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS OR NO SHOWS.

20. ALL CLIENTS MUST PAY BEFORE DEPARTURE. UNPAID OR LATE INVOICES WILL RESULT IN A PENALTY CHARGE.

21. WE ACCEPT CASH AND ALL CARDS.

22. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS.

23. REMEMBER TO HAVE FUN
